I used to use Neutrogena’s eye makeup remover pads, until I found this. This product comes packaged in an adorable little bottle, and is super gentle. With other liquid makeup removers, you can visibly see the oil, water, and overall grease separating inside the bottle, which I think is so gross. But with this formula, there’s none of that whatsoever which eliminates the greasy feeling at the end. This product is only 5 to 6 dollars. It’s fantastic. It also completely removes my makeup, including waterproof mascara. I am a contact lens wearer, and this has proved to be just fine. There’s no stinging, and, just like the description says, it truly does leave your eyes feeling refreshed. This is the best eye makeup remover I have used. Ever.

Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely.

How many stars? 5 out of 5!

  1. A commercial eye makeup remover can be utilized, though a rich face wash will usually remove all traces of color.

Yes, I agree. But I’ve found that my face wash doesn’t remove waterproof mascara, and I can target more specific areas with this product and a cotton ball (like under my eyes for eyeliner) to get the makeup completely off. I’m also a contact lens wearer, so this is just a little more gentle for me. :)
